MEET ASANDA

My name is Asanda Constable, and I have been practicing yoga for five years and have been teaching it for three. My specialty is Hatha Yoga. 

My yoga classes typically involve physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. 

These are generally practiced at a slower pace, synchronizing our breath with our movement to create a sense of mindfulness within our flows. 

I teach all levels and love to include modifications to make yoga accessible to every body.

I like to think of my classes as not only a physical practice but a mental and emotional one too. An opportunity for you to connect deeper with yourself and establish a better relationship between your mind, body, and soul.
